On the 1st I will announce the winner seleceted randomly here on the blog just in time for your three day holiday weekend!

To get you started here is our family favorite marshmallow recipe. Just like ribbon, we know a good thing when we see it. With all the end of summer sweet fresh fruit out there this is a NO brainer. Well, its insanely easy too.

Fruit Pizza
Ingredients:
1 tube prepared sugar cookie dough
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
An equal amount of marshmallow fluff
Fresh fruit (several kinds of choice - strawberries, nectarines, kiwi, peaches, grapes, etc.), cut up
Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions:
Spread cookie dough in circle on cookie sheet and bake. Let cool. While cooling, mix softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff together and spread on cookie dough when dough is cool. Arrange fruit over top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and chill. Serve in wedges.
